November 2022 Recap

Early mornings when I first arrived to Michigan were magical.

How cool is this frosty dandelion shot?

More frosty Nature goodness.

My Uncle Ricky teaching me how to use a tractor. I’ve gotten pretty good at it!

Took a ride into the middle of the corn field on a crisp evening.

Making sure my uncle takes care of his hands.

We get some pretty juicy sunsets and sunrises.

Once I got him up there, he was king of the hay bales!

This is one of Zeus’ favorite places to nap :)

Nona sent us matching Christmas pajamas and we couldn’t wait to try them on :) :)

He takes up the whole bed! He’s such a cute little baby though.

Our first big snow!

Enjoying a morning walk in the snow. It’s so crisp and quiet.

My new favorite medium, frosty nature.

We got a magical undercoat rake to brush Zeus. Needless to say it works, and he loves it.

Built myself a small sitting desk to stay productive! Also featuring old building pieces from the kitchen.

The new kitchen cabinets and counters installed!! The cabinets were built and installed by a fabulous Amish family here in Michigan.

This little guy is ‘The Dude’. He has made my bed his own bed and loves to snuggle with my blankets and scarves.

Thanks for following along. November was a really lovely month. I drank a lot of tea (40 kinds to be exact). Spent some time outdoors with the puppies, started watching Peaky Blinders with my Uncle, learned how to drive a tractor, built a dog fence... It’s been really nice to spend time with My uncle. He was a 747 captain and has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry so he understands how challenging aviation can get.

PMFB is still going strong. After “the move” I’ve just been slowly letting myself come back to life. Pay Me for Boarding hasn’t been as active simply because I needed to care for myself. Eventually I will have a team to help me, but at the moment it is just me. Organizing, planning, and creating. I’ve recently started taking more meetings again and trying to connect with other people to help get this thing growing.

December will be filled with lots of craft projects, hopefully a little snow, and lots of research and planning.

I can’t wait to see what 2023 brings!
