I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Currently teaching Vinyasa & Hatha style Ashtanga Yoga. I am also certified in Yin & Yoga Nidra.

My yoga path has also brought me into tarot reading and helping others to cleanse their spaces, set intentions, and other esoteric practices- Feng Shui, astrology, reading tea leaves, osteomancy (bone throwing).



Yoga corrects my ADHD. Yoga calms my mind. It makes my body feel good and keeps me connected to my ancestors. It extends my life by lubricating my joints, caring for my internal organs and opening my heart. It makes me a better, more conscious person on and off my mat. Yoga makes me feel powerful.



I want everyone to feel as good as yoga makes me feel.



My yoga roots started on Nantucket. I took advantage of the slow winters by being the only student in my yoga classes. I didn’t realize how special this was until I dove into yoga as a more consistent practice. I have casually taken classes over the years and always found myself back on my mat and as I became more consistent I started seeing more, dramatic results. This led me to dive deeper into my knowledge of Yogic lifestyles. Ten years late, I now hope to share the gift of a Vedic lifestyle with those whom I cross paths with.



First you do yoga, and then the yoga does you.



The physical practice of yoga is only one small piece of a larger puzzle.
